We seek to deliver successful IT & Digital outcomes by the applied use of the following:

Programme & Project Management:

  • Responsible for: Objectives & Outcomes; Sponsor & Stakeholder Relationship Management; Scope; Planning; Resources; Fiscal control & budgets; Risk management; Change management; Project Controls; Communications.

  • Adhering to AGILE, Waterfall and WAGILE project management approaches such as Prince 2 and AGILE (Kanban/Scrum/SAFe):

    • Example 1: AGILE (generic) – “Plan, Design, Launch”:

      • "Plan" what needs to be done.

      • "Design" carry out Review, Deploy, Test, Develop etc.

      • "Launch" the new function, feature, solution etc.

    • Example 2: Waterfall - “Pre-Initiation; Initiation; Design; Develop, Delivery, Continual Service Improvement (CSI).”

      • "Pre-Initiation" develop and sign-off the Business Case.​

      • "Initiation" develop and sign-off the Project Initiation Document (PID).

      • "Design" the function, feature, solution etc (reflecting signed-off requirements).

      • "Develop"" the function, feature, solution etc (including the test plan and test script).

      • "Deliver" the function, feature, solution etc.(rollout "big-bang" vs "incremental").

      • "CSI" regular review of outcomes and make incremental improvements to improve Customer Experience (CX) / User Experience (UX).

    • Example 3: WAGILE - “Discover, Decide, Deliver”:

      • "Discover" via “deep dives” the “Pain Points”, “Needs” and “Requirements” and then draft “Recommendations”.

      • "Decide" against “recommendations” what outcomes to deliver.

      • "Deliver" what has been agreed required via the right approach (Waterfall/AGILE)
